Members REGULATIONS FMBB

MEMBERSHIP REQUEST

• The membership of the FMBB is not allowed for private persons, only clubs can become member of the FMBB.
• The club in question must be acknowledged by the FCI.
  A written document of this acknowledgement must be presented to the secretary of the FMBB.
• The acknowledgement by the FCI can also be indirect (i.e. the club of Belgian Shepherd Dogs is acknowledged by a national Kennel club which is acknowledged by the FCI).
• The request for acknowledgement by the FMBB must be written and sent by post.
• Requests for acknowledgement by the FMBB must be submitted at the address of the secretary * of the FMBB.
  Only the use of the standard application form is allowed (see website FMBB for downloading this application form)
• Requests for acknowledgement must state : Full name of the club. Document of acknowledgement by the FCI (indirect acknowledgement is possible, see item 2 above).
  Full name, address and email of the country delegate and the national secretary.

OBLIGATIONS

• The annual contribution for joining the FMBB in 2010 is € 150 (one hundred and fifty euros) **.
• The annual fee will be fixed each year.
• After the approval of joining by the FMBB, an confirming message by the secretary of the FMBB will be sent to the specific country delegate.
  The membership card will be sent after collection of the annual fee.
• Besides the first year of membership, the due date of the contribution expires during the World Championship IPO of the FMBB in the specific year.

MEETINGS

• At least 1 (one) annual meeting will take place during the World Championship IPO
• Only 1 (one) vote per joined nation is allowed during meetings.
• A FMBB membership card must be submitted immediately after entrance.
• Attendance is allowed for at the most 2 (two) persons per joined nation.
• The Board of the FMBB can assign commissions or persons regarding :
  IPO – Agility - Obedience – Mondioring - Exposition
• Proposals can be presented by nations as well as commissions/persons mentioned above.

PARTICIPATION

• Only 1 (one) national team is allowed to participate at the FMBB World Championship.
